Luke - Beautifying designs with Canva.com

Canva.com has a new-to-me feature called "guides", which made perfectly aligning text neat and easy. First, I wrote my message, "Hopefully, mine is better than Dlang's". Choosing a background that had empty space on one side - for this one it was the lower left side - was important so my words did not look accidentally placed in the picture. Setting up the vertical guides to make sure all of my text was not covering the focus of my picture - the fishing rod and reel. Then, I aligned all of my text in the guides and chose a color that contrasted the rest of the picture to give the text a "pop". After realizing the text was a little difficult to read, I placed a faint grey square behind the text to further contrast the text from the background. The faint square is barely noticeable, but deliberately placed to make the presentation more appealing.
