On our trip to downtown NYC and Staten Island, we saw many great examples of graphic design including advertisements, billboards, the sides of taxi cabs, and more. We got to see all the ways that graphic design can be used. We were shocked by how many examples of graphic design we could find in any given area. It gave us a great perspective on the opportunity in the field of graphic design and its seamless integration with daily advertising and commerce.
